Introduction

Welcome to TrueShift Logistics. By using our website and services, you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions listed on this page. These terms apply to all customers who use our packers and movers, car transport, bike shifting, household relocation, office shifting, or logistics services across India.

1. Service Confirmation

A service request is confirmed only after advance payment or written confirmation (WhatsApp/SMS/Email). Price quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required during booking.
• Remaining amount must be paid before unloading or delivery.
• No service will proceed without confirmed payment.

3. Packing & Loading Responsibility

Our team ensures safe packing and loading. Customers are requested to supervise valuable or fragile items. TrueShift Logistics is not liable for items packed by the customer.

4. Vehicle Transport Terms

• Cars/bikes must be delivered with minimum fuel (1–2 liters only).
• We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches or dents.
• Transit time may vary due to road conditions or natural issues.

5. Delivery & Transit Time

Transit time depends on distance, weather, traffic, road conditions, and transport availability. Delays caused due to unforeseen reasons are beyond our control.

6. Insurance Policy

Insurance is optional but recommended. Insurance claims are processed by the insurance company, not by TrueShift Logistics.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

• Flammable liquids
• Explosives
• Illegal items
• Perishable food items

8. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure correct pickup and drop addresses.
• Provide accurate inventory details.
• Be available or assign a representative during packing and delivery.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: 30% deduction.
• Cancellation after vehicle dispatch: No refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrueShift Logistics is not responsible for delays due to accidents, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions. We are also not liable for documents, jewelry, cash, or highly valuable items.

11. Changes to Terms

TrueShift Logistics may update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
